Since 1994, we have been working with major Egyptian
companies to sell their seed potatoes and their varieties. Over
the years, a large network of customers (farmers, commercial and
industrial) has been created and continues to grow by extending
throughout Egypt, from North to South.
It is a business that has
been passed down from father to son. The youngest son, Moustafa
KANDIL decided to create his import-export company, ALBORG, in
2018, to develop his own varieties of seed potatoes and to bring
new varieties to Egypt.
The ALBORG company ensures permanent crop monitoring thanks to a team of engineers who visit farmers and advise them from preparing the fields to harvesting the potatoes.
ALBORG also imports free varieties which are cultivated especially
for us by serious producers bound by a contract.
Our partners from
FRANCE, SCOTLAND, HOLLAND, DENMARK and BELGIUM are always looking
for the best quality of seed potatoes to guarantee permanent
satisfaction of our customers.
The different varieties meet all
sectors: consumption and industry for crisps and fries.
Our French
partner Le Comptoir du Plant produces exclusive varieties for us
that we distribute in Egypt, and guarantees us the best quality every
year.
Following the requests of our European customers,
we export Murcott mandarins, Valencia oranges and grapes, but we are also
on the export of other Egyptian products in order to make the richness of
the Egyptian soil better known throughout the world.
